Strategic perspectives that converge

In this issue, we address three highly interlinked strategic perspectives (each of them influences on the other): how Europe solves the geopolitical tensions derived from Germany’s leadership that are impossible to conceal; the futility of strategies that pretend to transform the concentrating process without facing the big mechanisms of value appropriation, and the physical, chemical, and ecological transformation that the planet Earth suffered affecting its sustainability and capacity to produce and reproduce life.
