Regarding detaching knowledge from humans, fetish to hide the value of work
It is stressed that only knowledge is the producer of wealth by adding value to the product; it is disseminated reaching marketing tones both the dehumanization of the worker and the disqualification of his/her function. Such operation is done by detaching knowledge from humans to constitute a new fetish servicing the concealment of the value of work. Education workers are “evaluated” as budgetary burdens, as expendable fiscal excesses, and as pre-technological antiques. The decrease in teaching staff with the excuse of their possible replacement by technological means and the drastic reduction in their salaries are installed as the natural argument of the new owners of education.

Regarding a true dialogue
A true dialogue must be informal, open, and cooperative. Informal means that it is not decided beforehand that I would only talk about such and such and would not include other things, other relevant matters and other procedures. It starts with audacity, courage, and taking risks. Dialogue is tackled with the sincere intention of reaching an agreement. Moreover, it has to be open, what means that you do not come to the dialogue just with the desire of proving that you are right and everybody else is stupid, rather you start a dialogue in a double role: as a teacher contributing something and as apprentice accepting the possibility that there might exist truths that are superior to yours. And finally, we must cooperate, and by this it shall be understood that the purpose of dialogue is not to separate the participants between winners and losers, but rather to make everybody a winner.
