New year, better solutions

The social and economic dynamic goes through the New Year immutably and keeps moving forward. On the contrary, in a moment that is loaded with symbolisms each one of us can look back on what he/she did and evaluate if we have somehow contributed to the common wellbeing and good family living, to environmental care, to broaden or deepen knowledge. It is an opportunity to decide whether to listen or silence voices, reach out or withdraw hands, move closer or away from others, prioritize affections or strengthen alienations. Opinion Sur must also look back on its trajectory and evaluate efforts and results. Hopefully we will be able to renew the commitment to dialogue, the search for better understanding, the responsibility to suggest transformational actions. We can appreciate how crucial it is to develop strategic thinking, to be with those who face serious situations, to join and build bridges. There goes the reflection we wish to share with those who read us. A good year for everyone.
