Biofuels of Mexico

In Mexico, restaurant kitchens dispose of their used oil by pouring it down the drain, thus polluting, infringing environmental regulations, and negatively affecting the efficiency and capacity of wastewater treatment plants, in addition to wasting the potential use of kitchen oil as fuel. Biofuels generates a two-fold environmental impact by eliminating kitchen oil from the environment and producing fuel, all within the framework of a self-sustaining process.
