This July has come loaded with inequalities, injustices and different types of violence, some with broad media coverage and others submerged, lost in life´s turmoil. No doubt that each situation has its specific causes but the genesis of a significant number of them can be traced back to the course and the way of functioning that a hegemonic minority has imposed upon us. We need to transform that course that serves a few and that greedy and unmerciful way of functioning that generates several types of violence. We will have to keep unmasking subtle and not so subtle mechanisms with which they extract a large amount of the value we generate, expose concealed interests that are impossible to defend in plain sight and, particularly, elaborate better options. A few years ago we said that the transformations we want to achieve are not dreamt nor awaited; they are worked for. We work to interpret what happens, to project aspirations to an attainable medium and short term, to make interests converge, to mobilize wills and to organize action. With some more experience we keep supporting that now enriched perspective and reassure month after month our determination through the modest contribution of the articles that we publish.
