Nowadays, a way of governing that enshrines the interests of closed elites at the expense of the rest prevails; it promotes selfishness instead of solidarity, it hides what is meaningful and deifies the banality. Hence, they need to govern with concealment, lies, and falsehood.
It is not an economic restriction what prevents us from choosing a better global and local course but rather the power to impose another destiny that detent powerful groups muddied in the madness of maximizing profits at any social and environmental costs. It is a course to be changed for the sake of humanity and caring for our own planet. Issue after issue, Opinion Sur contributes its articles to this effort
