Regarding investment in financial markets

Monopolistic rent is not reinvested in production, as there is no demand. Therefore, it escapes to invest in financial markets. Financial investments of this growing surplus are the only possibility for continuing with the accumulation controlled by monopolies. It is the so-called financiarization of the economic system. The expansion of investment in financial markets of the last quarter of the century has no precedents in history. The volume of transactions in these markets is more than 2.500 trillion dollars, while global GDP is 70 trillion dollars. In this sense, speculation is not an additional vice, but rather a logical requisite of the system. The financiarization has transferred the main responsibility in the control of the reproduction of this system of accumulation to thirty large banks of the Triad United States-Europe-Japan.

Regarding those who guard international usury

In the global division of labor, for governments of those countries who have become testing ground for the international usury, the local governments and local politics are the ones in charge of guarding that order. The custodian of such order means controlling the individual and collective subjects who are harshly harmed in their material and moral living conditions.

Regarding demanding enterprises responsibility

Society has realized that enterprise owes its existence and are an integral part of such society and, therefore, has the right to demand them not only accountability for their impacts but also have the responsibility of contributing to its development. Thus, the enterprise has the responsibility of using the resources that society allows it to use (and sometimes abuse) to enhance the wellbeing of such society.
