Regarding capitalist realism
Capitalism presents itself as if it were something perfect, a brutal and deeply unequal state of things where every existence submits itself to be evaluated purely in monetary terms. However, to justify its conservatism, status quo fans cannot actually describe it as perfect or wonderful. That is why they prefer to tell us that everything else was, is, or will be horrible. Of course, they say that we do not live in an ideal Good state of things, but we are lucky that we do not live in a state of deadly Evil. Our democracy might not be perfect, but it is better than a bloody dictatorship. Capitalism can be unfair, but it is not the criminal Stalinism. Millions of Africans die of AIDS, but we do not allow a racist nationalism like that of Milosevic. We kill Iranians from our plains, but we do not cut their throats with a machete as they do in Ruanda, etc.

Regarding the main facilitators/accomplices of offshore world
Crucial leading characters of the offshore world are currently five: tax havens (piously called “heavens” by mass media), global banks, the rest of multinational corporations, large global tax and auditing consulting firms (the Big Four), and specialized law firms. These are the facilitators (enablers) of the capital flight, tax evasion, and asset laundering done by large corporations and the global richest.

Regarding keeping rancor inside
Keeping rancor inside is like holding a hot coal with the intention of throwing it to someone else; it is one that ends up burnt.
