Regarding a good man and an evil one

If my soul were despicable as yours is, I would take advantage of this occasion to avenge the persecutions that my honor has suffered in the hands of these men, but it is necessary to teach them the difference between a man of good and an evil one.

 Regarding sad passions

Sad passions, as fear, hate, greed and cruelty diminish our power to act. And established powers need them to transform us in slaves.

 Regarding public education and private education

There is a characteristic of public education that the private one cannot reach. That is the diversity, the plurality of all who make public education. In a private education, kids only interact with similar people and they miss the opportunity of learning from people with different knowledge, other customs.
