About regulating capitalism
We need to regulate capitalism better, once and for all. If we do not, it will end up destroying itself, we will destroy ourselves.
George Soros
About what being smart is
Being Smart is having the flexibility to look at a problem and see a new possibility, an out-of-the-box solution to face it.

About Judge Griesa and the United States Judiciary
Judge Griesa seems to be an almighty character, when in fact he is almost a municipal Judge, of very short reach. He is not even a federal judge, but some sort of judge for the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires instead, and he becomes famous worldwide as the only ogre in this story. This brings up two different issues. First, the main actor in all of this is not Griesa but the American Judiciary, ultimately, its Supreme Court. It was the well-known and often quoted Supreme Court of the United States which committed the judicial outrage of postponing a matter that gridlocks an entire country. It did not even have the courage to agree with Griesa, instead it simply said ¨this is something I´m not interested in addressing ¨. How can someone explain to me that the renowned Court, so respectfully quoted because it always ¨looks good ¨, could have said that it does not mind the destiny of a several-billion-dollar negotiation that compromises a country and perhaps the fate of a few others? This is a judicial outrage. If it had been the Argentine Court we would be insulted head to toe and rightfully. They would say we are an irresponsible bureaucracy.
