The vultures have invoked the rule of law but we should be clear: this is about greed.
Joseph Stiglitz
About the need to express oneself
We express ourselves to reach others, to free ourselves from the captivity of our loneliness. Our migrant nature is such that nothing can satisfy our desire to express ourselves.
Ernesto Sábato
About recognizing other abilities
We are used to recognize functional and technical abilities. But we are not taught the impact that other types of abilities have in our life and performance, such as the ability to listen, the capacity to back up judgments, to make certain basic statements, to know how to ask for or honor commitments. Or to not remain silent about certain things and knowing how to bring them up, feed them back with critical assessments or create expansive emotional spaces with our conversations that motivate people and affect the performance.
