DNA switches to address illnesses

Epi-genetics is a set of biochemical signals that, as switches do, start or turn off the function of genes. It is one of the most promising bio-medicine fields. Among many other areas, it is used in oncological research (leukemias and lymphomas) and the understanding of aging. The Human Epi-genome Project is a scientific consortium that puts documentation on these findings together.
